Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs: Manage shop operations from vehicle intake to delivery, ensuring high throughput, quality, and efficiency to surpass KPIs.
  2. Labor assignment and production management: Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians, prioritize vehicles for teardown or paint.
  3. Teammate support: Assist teammates during peak times by handling customer reception, vehicle check-in, and estimate writing as needed.
  4. Monitor and attain production standards: Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, billing accuracy, and safety protocols.
  5. Complete shop payroll and staffing: Ensure timely adherence to punch-in/out and flag-hour procedures, manage PTO, vacation, or leave.
  6. Manage daily production flow: Coordinate with team members to meet delivery requirements.
  7. Write DRP-compliant estimates: Complete estimates after full disassembly, update estimates as needed, and finalize them.
  8. Team acquisition, coaching, and development: Understand role requirements, interview and hire qualified candidates, and provide performance coaching and growth support.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the collision industry, including insurance procedures across carriers.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE Total Repair Software) and general computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
