Job summary

Giaimo Management, a local franchise operating multiple McDonald’s restaurants, seeks a General Manager to run a high-volume operation with strong leadership. You will oversee P&L, cash control, inventory, labor scheduling, and financial reviews while coaching a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant General Manager experience at or above a 2+ million revenue restaurant.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior QSR experience is required; McDonald’s experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, and reviewing financials.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members; conduct performance appraisals and daily operations training.
• Prepare the team for success and partner with Operations Supervisor for succession planning and talent development.

Responsibilities

Overseeing P&L by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials, and taking ownership for results. Motivate, train, and develop outstanding team members - developing a team that excels in their role and knows our focus is about giving them the resources to growth personally and professionally with on-going training and leadership development. Conduct performance appraisals for team members. Prepare your team for success by teaching and training everyday operations. Partner with Operations Supervisor for succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a 2+ million Restauarant. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior QSR experience is required.
