Job summary

Freeman Enterprise, Inc. (DBA McDonald's) is looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant. You will manage P&L, staff development, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours. A background check is part of the hiring process and the franchisee will be your employer.

Qualifications

• Management experience in high-volume locations is required (minimum 3 years).
• Flexible scheduling to meet restaurant needs and long operating hours.
