Job summary

Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for its two Flatiron restaurants in New York City. You will lead a large team of 150–175 hospitality professionals, delivering world-class dining and a memorable guest experience.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and forecasts, and build strong supplier relationships to support culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Aqua welcomes diverse backgrounds and supports an inclusive work environment.

The group currently has restaurants London, Paris, Hong Kong, New York City, Miami and Dubai. We currently have 25 venues globally.

Two restaurants in the heart of Flatiron in New York City. 420 seats, over 1800 square meters and a team of 150-175 people.

• Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and making sure that team members feel included and motivated
• Operational excellence: Drive organizational change, ensure alignments with business goals, build relationships with suppliers & manage budgets and financial forecasts
