Angelina Italian Bakery in New York seeks an Italian-speaking General Manager to support the Operations Team in driving operational excellence across our network. You will work closely with owners, store teams, and the Corporate team to ensure consistent execution, strong financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience.

The GM will oversee daily operations, train FOH and BOH teams, conduct audits for brand compliance, and assist with new store openings and launches.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of restaurant, café, bakery, or QSR management experience.
• Franchise or multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to locations as needed.

Responsabilidades
