Job Description:
Pret is growing, and we are looking for great General Managers to join our team. A General Manager will work closely with the Assistant General Manager to oversee the operational performance of their shop. They are responsible for driving their business, developing excellent teams, embedding change, and maintaining Pret standards and knowledge. They take pride in recognizing good performance and balancing daily operational demands with strategic planning. They understand when to step back and allow their teams to flourish.
The Pret Academy supports the training and development of our staff, offering opportunities for career progression beyond the General Manager role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Requirements: A valid NYC Food Handler Card and at least one year of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience.
