Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in property management.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• State license (if required) in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel up to 15%, including overnight stays.
• Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Opportunity Overview

The General Manager oversees the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple apartment communities within their portfolio.
