Job summary

Carolina Flow NC, LLC in Monroe, NC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio operations from sales to daily functions. You will lead the sales process, manage memberships and retail, and supervise staff and instructors to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fitness sales or related leadership, strong communication, data management, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
• Ability to manage multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be solution-based and results oriented
• Affinity and passion for fitness
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized with data management and prioritization
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work with staff, clients and the public
• Proficiency with Studio software
• College Degree Preferred
• This is a full-time position with nights and weekend availability

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Membership and retail sales
• Manage staff schedule
• Supervise Sales Representatives
• Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned

• Proficiency with computers and Studio software
• College Degree Preferred
• This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
