Job summary

Jack's in Milton, FL is seeking a General Manager to own a single store and drive sales, profitability, staffing, training and service excellence. You’ll lead daily operations, manage a team, and ensure guest satisfaction with high energy and a servant-leadership approach.

You’ll hire, coach, mentor, and develop your people, uphold food safety standards, and foster a fun, respectful workplace while pursuing growth opportunities, weekly pay, and bonus potential.
