Job summary

Jack's is seeking a General Manager for a single Florala, AL store. You will own operations, drive sales, staff and train the team, and deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management skills with a customer-centric approach.

• ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.

As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
