Job summary

Jack's is seeking a General Manager to own a single Jack's store and drive sales, service, and profits. You’ll lead a team, manage staffing, training, and daily operations.

You’ll hire and coach a high-energy team, maintain food safety, and create a welcoming environment while achieving budgeted goals and growth from within.

Qualifications

• Energy and a warm, friendly vibe.
• Servant leadership—you don’t ask your team to do anything you wouldn’t.
• Flexibility to multitask and work 50–55 hours a week.
• Conflict resolution skills for tough situations.
• Solid business acumen including P&L, forecasting, staffing, and food safety.
• ServSafe certified (or similar) is preferred.
