Job summary

Jack's in Andalusia, Alabama is seeking a General Manager to own a single store and all its operations. You will lead the team to deliver top service, supervise daily sales targets, and manage a multi-million dollar business with energy and high standards.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring strong food safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll drive profitability, schedule smartly for busy periods, and foster a positive, respectful workplace with

Qualifications
