Job Description

THE GENERAL MANAGER: Inspires and fosters accountability to drive success while upholding our Culture of FUN! Provides leadership, supervision, and guidance on strategic initiatives and operational standards to enhance business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record of managing operations and meeting financial goals
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment
• Understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with cost control, inventory management, and profitability analysis
• Exceptional customer service skills and effective issue resolution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure days, walking five miles per shift, and working approximately 50 hours per week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and labor laws relevant to the restaurant industry

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality
• Proficiency in managing COGS and labor costs
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfort working in noisy, distracting environments
