Job summary

Clearwater Systems Inc is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the Meadville service center, develop associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving market growth.

You will convert technical knowledge into strong business results, manage profitability, and coach a high-performing team to meet ambitious goals. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role at our Meadville location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Demonstrated track record of driving top line growth.
• Ability to develop and execute initiatives that align with company objectives and financial targets.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential water treatment or a related field.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to drive business decisions.
