Clearwater Systems is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our Meadville service center. The role focuses on converting technical knowledge into strong business results, developing associates, delivering exceptional customer experience, and growing the market.

You’ll drive growth, improve profitability, build a cohesive team, and ensure safe, compliant operations with a focus on performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Track record of driving top line growth.
• Ability to develop and execute initiatives aligning with objectives and financial targets.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential water treatment or a related field.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to drive business decisions.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to teach others.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and self-discipline skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally.
