Job description

As a General Manager at Vertin, you'll lead a group of funeral home locations in the Mankato and surrounding areas, develop talented associates, and carry a mission that has mattered since 1904.

To honor the weight of this role, we've built a compensation package to match: a $30,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, an annual bonus program up to 10%, and profit sharing.

You’ll split your time between the big picture and the work that matters most. About 60% of your time is spent serving families directly as a licensed Funeral Director. The rest is focused on leading your operating group — coaching location managers, tracking performance, and building the community presence that drives long-term growth.
