Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior operations leader to run a high-precision aerospace manufacturing site in the United States. You will drive performance in quality, delivery, and cost while building strong leadership bench across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or operations, 15+ years in leadership, and at least 5 years in aerospace, with 10+ years of people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations.
• Minimum of 15 years’ progressive management and/or operations leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing people.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship on a continual and on‑going basis.
