Job summary

We’re hiring a General Manager to lead multi-site operations across the Southern California region (CA/AZ), based in Van Nuys, CA. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of operations, team performance, and P&L across multiple locations.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites
• Full P&L ownership (revenue, costs, profitability)
• Driving KPIs across inventory, quality, and operational performance
• Leading and developing site teams (hiring, coaching, accountability)
• Ensuring strong inventory control through ERP/MRP systems
• Managing customer relationships and escalations
• Supporting regional sales efforts and business growth
