We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations and deliver an exceptional customer and team experience. This role provides hands‑on leadership, partners cross‑functionally, and ensures operational excellence while fostering strong client and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across a small store fleet, including staffing, scheduling, and store execution
• Ensure consistent operational standards while adapting to local market needs
• Drive high service and hospitality standards for customers
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and key metrics to inform decisions and optimize results
• Oversee facilities, safety, maintenance, and operational logistics
• Recruit, train, and develop on‑site teams
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with brand values
• Implement process improvements, SOPs, and operational best practices
• Ensure consistent visual presentation and brand standards across locations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality
