Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across a small store fleet, including staffing, scheduling, and store execution

• Drive high service and hospitality standards for customers
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and key metrics to inform decisions and optimize results
• Oversee facilities, safety, maintenance, and operational logistics
• Recruit, train, and develop on‑site teams

• Implement process improvements, SOPs, and operational best practices
• Ensure consistent visual presentation and brand standards across locations
