Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing industrial manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team, overseeing multi-site warehouse, production, and distribution operations.

This hands-on leader will drive operational performance, implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor operations leaders to build scalable processes.

Travel to South Carolina approximately once per month as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Progressive operations leadership within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Experience managing multiple facilities or locations.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational performance, and improve business results.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple warehouse and production facilities.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with site leadership to improve productivity, quality, safety, and customer service.
• Develop and mentor operational leaders, supervisors, and warehouse managers.
• Monitor key business metrics, budgets, labor performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support facility expansions, optimization projects, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Customer Service teams.
• Foster a culture centered around accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple facilities while helping shape the future growth of the organization.

This role will oversee multi-site warehouse, production, and distribution operations, driving operational performance, process improvement, inventory management, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes, and creating scalable operations that support growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead operations across multiple warehouse and production facilities
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
