GENERAL MANAGER - FULL TIME - ONSITE

$83,200.00 - $100,000.00 per year, based on experience

Competitive Pay:

• All Mendo Managers are paid on a bi-weekly basis

Schedule:

• Full-Time Availability
• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coaching skills – provides effective feedback and develops the team daily
• Organized – deadline-oriented and results-driven
• Willing to master every restaurant position before teaching others
• People-oriented – builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble and eager to learn within a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in the kitchen, skilled in ordering and inventory management
