Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll drive daily operations and ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.

You’ll lead guest engagement and training, champion safety and sanitation standards, and develop your team to deliver legendary experiences. Previous restaurant management experience preferred; we welcome all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop the team.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
