Overview

Join EōS Fitness as a General Manager to lead a full‑service gym, drive sales, and cultivate an energetic culture that motivates members to achieve their fitness goals.

Position Purpose

Develop a high‑performance team that delivers exceptional customer experience and meets business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures, ensuring clarity of roles.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue targets, track KPIs, and implement retention and acquisition strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance performance.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service, resolving member inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Engage members in a friendly, approachable manner, listening to their needs.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, certifications, and facility cleanliness.
• Coordinate emergency response, keeping staff and members safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Detail orientation and effective time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Passion for fitness and alignment with our Core Values.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, lift >40 lbs., and operate company computer systems.

Salary

$58,656 – $105,000 USD per year.
