General Manager – EōS Fitness

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the General Manager will lead a team of fitness professionals to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase retention and new sign‑ups.
• Provide constructive performance feedback using specific, actionable language.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service by resolving member concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Engage members in a friendly manner, actively listening to their needs.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, certifications, and safety protocols.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.

• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic problem‑solving, time‑management, and record‑keeping ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to use the company computer system for documents, data entry, and reading reports.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively and lift more than 40 lbs.

Salary Pay Range

$58,656 – $105,000 USD
