JV & SONS Company, owner-operator of McDonald’s restaurants in North Florida and South Georgia, seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will work with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them.

The role requires leading shift managers, hiring/training, and driving improvement with a focus on hospitality and quick-service operations in a performance-driven environment.

Description

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
