JV & Sons, Inc. seeks a General Manager for our McDonald’s in the Tallahassee area. The GM runs a profitable restaurant and ensures McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.

You will lead a team of Shift Managers, hire and train staff, and set goals with senior leadership to drive growth. We offer tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental insurance, a monthly bonus program, uniforms, and paid vacations.

Description:

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
