Wendy’s is seeking outgoing and energetic General Managers to lead the restaurant team and drive performance. You will guide Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers to exceed customer expectations and achieve daily business objectives with a focus on people and operational excellence.

As a General Manager, you’ll inspire your team to deliver Wendy’s quality in every item, maintain brand standards, and create a customer‑centric, high‑performing work culture that supports career growth
