Wendy's is seeking outgoing, energetic General Managers to lead crews, shift supervisors and restaurant managers in Shelton, WA. You will set the vision, drive daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting business objectives each shift.

You will develop people, uphold Wendy's quality, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture. The role includes bonuses, extensive insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a structured 10–12 week training program.
