Wendy's is seeking outgoing and energetic General Managers to lead Crew, Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives every shift.

As a Wendy's General Manager, you will foster growth through people, inspire teams to exceed expectations, ensure Wendy's quality, and develop staff through a 10–12 week training program, with franchisees offering competitive pay, bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading restaurant teams is preferred.
• Ability to develop staff and train new hires.
