Wendy's is seeking an outgoing, energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant team. You will guide Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers to exceed customer expectations and hit daily business objectives with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You’ll develop people, foster a strong team culture, and maintain Wendy's standards while creating opportunities for career growth within a supportive franchise environment.

General Managers provide the vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers to ensure that each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day.
