Job summary

Splash In ECO Car Wash is seeking a General Manager for our La Plata, MD location. This salaried role offers 7:00 AM–7:00 PM hours, pay of $64,000–$77,000 annually, and eligibility for up to a 20% annual bonus. You will lead the tunnel car wash, build a strong team, and drive membership sales to grow the operation.

You’ll manage labor, revenue, expenses, and profitability while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming guest experience with uptime and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in car wash, retail, hospitality, or service operations.
• Car wash operations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching abilities, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily tunnel car wash operations including team leadership, membership sales, and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
• Maintain operational uptime through preventative maintenance and quick resolution of equipment issues.
• Drive membership sales and service revenue through strong customer engagement.
• Manage financial performance including labor, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming facility for guests and team members.

Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily (additional time required for opening/closing procedures and occasional on‑call support)

Splash In ECO Car Wash is looking for a General Manager to lead operations at our La Plata, MD location.
