Job summary

gpac in Hawaii seeks an HVAC General Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC installations, manage field operations, and drive project profitability. You will mentor crews, ensure safety, and maintain client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven contract negotiation skills; a high school diploma or higher is required.

• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
• Field Experience
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
