Job summary

Chopstix, a part of QSRP, is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its US restaurants. You will own the operation, build a high-performing team, and balance service quality with commercial results.

The role focuses on coaching staff, managing labour and food costs, and delivering outstanding customer experiences each day. Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, strong analytics, and a track record of growing sales and profitability in fast-paced hospitality or QSR settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or QSR environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sales and productivity.
• Experience managing labour, food costs, and controllable expenses.
