You will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation and building a strong team that consistently delivers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting orientation, executing training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing budgets and financial plans. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for 80% of the shift
