Founded in 2005, Atlanta-based Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is quickly expanding, with 16 locations throughout the southeastern United States and more sites in progress for continued growth. Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy. In addition to state‑of‑the‑art bowling lanes, attractions including arcade games, laser tag, bumper cars, axe throwing, and a bar and restaurant with healthy choices and classic American favorites. Stars and Strikes is a leader in the FEC industry, implementing the newest technology to enhance operational efficiencies and increase guest satisfaction.

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated management candidate who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast‑paced, growing family entertainment center. The perfect candidate will be an outgoing, and energetic individual with a passion for guest service and a willingness to learn everything about our business.

This General Manager position is responsible for supervising the operations of your designated location and management team and has the opportunity to make a true impact on our business. You'll oversee your store while leading your team and driving sales growth for one of the fastest growing Family Entertainment Centers in the country.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 or more years of experience in general management.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in hospitality and/or food & beverage is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties:

• Work with direct reports to develop and implement action plans that will improve operating results.
• Developing location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals.
• Understanding and accountability for adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Work closely with corporate staff to implement revenue‑driving initiatives.
• Coordinate with direct reports in the recruitment and interviewing of applicants.
• Confers with direct reports regarding the advancement of store personnel and when considering the discharge or discipline of store personnel.
• Assures the training, development, and performance of their team’s staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce that achieves their career objectives.
• Plans and conducts regularly scheduled meetings with direct reports.

• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their team to assure mutual understanding of desired results.
• Daily and weekly travel is required.
