Job Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plan to achieve them
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Department Managers, setting their goals and tracking progress
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong future team
• Support operations in a high‑volume location, overseeing quality, cost management, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve department performance to enhance overall restaurant results

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in corporate‑owned restaurants
• Previous General Manager experience in a high‑volume quick‑service restaurant strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience also valued
