Job summary

Steinhafels Furniture in Harwood Heights, IL, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations, lead the team, and drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness in the store.
• Handles all conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve.
• Responsible for the retail floor layout and presentation.
• Pre-employment surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements.
