Job summary

Steinhafels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations of our Green Bay store, lead store staff, and ensure outstanding customer and sales results. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, hiring, and staff development, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, address customer issues promptly, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Primary duties for the General Manager include

• Oversees store management staff and all store employees
