J&D Restaurants - McDonald's in Grinnell, IA is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a McDonald's restaurant. The role focuses on driving profitability while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

You will oversee all restaurant operations, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and inventory, ensure food safety, and maintain peak performance and guest satisfaction. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on leadership position with opportunities for growth.
