Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our McDonald's restaurants in Des Moines, Iowa. The General Manager will be responsible for profitability while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Key duties include overseeing operations, people management, financial oversight, safety, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have previous McDonald’s experience and HU Graduation.
