Huron Automotive in Green Bay, WI seeks a results-driven General Manager to lead our automotive service operation and shape its future growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership-level responsibility to drive performance and profitability.

You will oversee the daily shop operations, coach a talented team, optimize processes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while reporting to ownership.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in automotive service operations.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and developing automotive service teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
• Experience overseeing multi-location or multi-department operations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with automotive management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
