Up to $200,000+ annually

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Plan dealership operations for the coming year and present operating plans to dealer partners for approval.
- Review and recommend improvements to each department manager's monthly forecasts and operating plans.
- Ensure all dealership departments work together harmoniously, efficiently, and profitably.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and lending institutions.
- Ensure a complete and accurate financial statement is submitted to the manufacturer each month.
- Ensure department managers are effectively training, coaching, and supervising employees for maximum performance.
- Develop effective merchandising strategies and assist in creating cost-efficient advertising and marketing programs.
- Resolve customer complaints that have not been successfully handled by department management.
- Provide enthusiastic, hands-on leadership that promotes teamwork, accountability, employee development, and high morale.
- Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall operations.
- Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of previous automotive dealership management experience.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and manage multiple dealership departments.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales, service, parts, finance, and profitability.
- Ability to read, analyze, and comprehend instructions, financial information, and business reports.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills - in person, by telephone, and in writing.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees.
- Must be able to pass a background screening, drug screen, and physical examination.
