Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in full service or fast-casual restaurant
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and developing people
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Demonstrate experience in operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor
• Understanding of business reports and budgets
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
