• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Standing/walking for extended periods.

Emmy Squared Pizza-- Short Pump, VA is looking for a experienced Restaurant General Managerwho is a passionate and driven leader to lead our continued success in the Richmond market.

As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is an upscale casual full-service restaurant brand with over 20 locations across the U.S., including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nashville, Atlanta, and more. Position Responsibilities:

As our General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards.
• Daily Operations: Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health/safety standards.
• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals.
• Strategic Execution: Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations.

Position Qualifications
