Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Fond du Lac is seeking an experienced manager to grow the local franchise in 2026 and beyond. You will lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-notch customer service across marketing, sales, and operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of management experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of budgeting and team development. This on-site role requires Saturday availability and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of business, management or relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budget development, and driving for results.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth.
• Experience in employee hiring, training, and leadership development; able to delegate and ensure accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise.
• Drive revenue growth and customer service excellence.
• Oversee marketing, sales and operational teams; align profitability with service quality.
• Ensure all business procedures run smoothly and continually improve processes.
• Develop and maintain annual franchise budget; ensure financials align with growth goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure agreements meet business needs.
• Set guidelines for employee accountability and adherence to standards.
• Establish safety processes to comply with DOT regulations & FMCSA guidelines.
• Represent the company at local events to build relationships and opportunities.
• Must be available Saturdays.

What We Offer

• Salary range: $65,000-$75,000
• Monthly Performance Bonus and Quarterly Profit Bonus – Up to $20,000 in performance and quarterly bonuses

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a successful TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise
• Drive the franchise forward in revenue generation and business growth, while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Oversee team members in marketing, sales, and operational roles; work with these individuals to ensure move profitability and exceptional customer service
• Ensure all business procedures run smoothly and continually evaluate processes for optimization
• Develop and maintain annual franchise budget; work closely to ensure business financials are in line with growth goals
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendor agreements meet business needs
• Establish guidelines and expectations for employee accountability and adherence to established standards and policies
• Establish safety processes to ensure franchise compliance with all DOT regulations & FMCSA guidelines
• Represent the company at local networking events and community functions to build relationships, strengthen brand presence, and generate business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field strongly preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of business, management or relevant experience required. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budget development, and driving for results
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth
• Experience in employee hiring, training, and leadership development; able to delegate and ensure employee accountability
• Ability to use strategic planning and critical thinking skills to implement solutions to complex problems
• Knowledge of customer service practices to exceed customer expectations

Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. However, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds may be necessary. Travel is minimal but may be required for training purposes.
