402 Creamery in Fallbrook, CA is seeking a General Manager to ensure the ice cream shop delivers an outstanding customer experience through coaching, training, and hands-on supervision.

You will lead a team, maintain health-code compliance, schedule scooping shifts, conduct training and evaluations, manage inventory and ordering, and ensure the shop runs smoothly on a 40-hour work week with a $45,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Food Handler’s permit (can obtain after hire).
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Respect for safety & hygiene standards.
• Positive in a high-volume, customer-facing role.
• Ability to work in close proximity to others.

As the General Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure our ice cream scoopers uphold the company’s value of providing the best possible customer experience to every customer. This is accomplished through employee training, coaching, & feedback. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for customer and employee complaints and questions. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed by your team, that the shop is up to health code standards, & is running effectively.

• Can stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Current Food Handler’s permit (can obtain after hire)
