Opportunity

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in running the shop, developing your team, and making each guest’s visit feel special. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be on the floor, leading by example and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Shop performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and cash accuracy are consistently on target during your shifts.
• You are actively developing your leadership skills and are seen as a strong candidate for future Shop Manager opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in food service or retail.
• Clear, positive communication skills and the ability to solve problems in real time.
• Reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
