Job description

General Manager — Ultimate Longevity Center

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus + membership commission

About Ultimate Longevity Center

Ultimate Longevity Center is a next-generation wellness brand that merges advanced longevity science with a scalable, experiential business model, transforming cutting-edge human performance and biohacking methodologies into a high-touch, consumer-accessible experience. Our centers unite diagnostics, clinically backed protocols, and experiential recovery into one integrated brand — science‑led wellness, built to scale.

We deliver physician‑led, data‑driven care designed to extend your healthspan, not just your lifespan, with expert practitioners guiding clients toward measurable improvements in energy, cognitive function, recovery, and overall well‑being. Founded through a collaboration between human biologist Gary Brecka, Anthony Geisler of Sequel Brands, and the Lifeforce longevity brand, we're one of the fastest‑growing concepts in the category — having sold 200 territories in four months.

Our core customer is proactive, performance‑minded, and focused on long‑term health and vitality. If that sounds like you too, keep reading.

About the Role

The General Manager owns the day‑to‑day success and growth of an Ultimate Longevity Center. This is a sales‑first, community‑facing leadership role — not a back‑office management job. You'll personally drive membership revenue, build and coach a high‑performing team, deliver an elevated client experience, and establish the center as the trusted local destination for proactive health, recovery, performance, and longevity.

This role is built for an energetic operator who thrives on being visible in the community, converting interest into memberships, coaching a team to hit ambitious goals, and manufacturing grassroots momentum through partnerships, events, and local outreach. If you've opened a location from the ground up — or have been waiting for the chance to — this is your seat.

You'll love this role if:
  • you're energized by generating new business, not just nurturing what already exists.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, membership, retention, and revenue.
  • Lead from the front by personally selling memberships, packages, upgrades, and services through consultative, in‑person outreach.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline from inquiry through enrollment and renewal.
  • Train, coach, and hold the team accountable for consultative selling, follow‑up, referral generation, and conversion.
  • Review sales activity, conversion rates, and membership trends regularly — and adjust plans fast when performance falls short.
  • Partner with ownership and marketing to create compelling local offers, referral programs, and enrollment campaigns.
Grassroots Marketing & Community Growth
  • Serve as the center's visible local ambassador and build genuine relationships across the community.
  • Develop partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, medical and wellness providers, sports organizations, employers, schools, community groups, and local businesses.
  • Plan and execute pop‑ups, educational talks, wellness screenings, referral events, member appreciation nights, and neighborhood outreach.
  • Build a local prospect database and run regular outreach cadences to partners and referral sources.
  • Turn members into advocates through testimonials, referrals, social sharing, and community events.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, chambers of commerce, health fairs, and other local opportunities.
Operations & Client Experience
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, welcoming, safe, organized, and premium environment.
  • Lead client onboarding and guide members through their wellness and longevity journey.
  • Ensure every lead, member, and guest receives timely communication and a personalized, results‑driven experience.
  • Manage staffing coverage, inventory, facility standards, vendor relationships, and operational procedures.
  • Resolve member concerns promptly and turn service recoveries into loyalty.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and service protocols.
Team Leadership & Accountability
  • Hire, train, schedule, develop, and motivate a sales‑ and service‑driven team.
  • Set clear expectations, run effective meetings, and create daily focus around sales activity and member experience.
  • Establish individual goals and deliver ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback.
  • Build a high‑energy culture that values ownership, results, integrity, and community connection.
  • Lead by example — present on the floor, responsive to members, active in sales, engaged in outreach.
Qualifications

What you bring:

  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a sales‑focused business; wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, membership, or premium service backgrounds strongly preferred.
  • A proven sales record you can speak to with specifics — activity, follow‑up discipline, close rate, and revenue you personally generated. We value demonstrated skill over tenure.
  • Proven ability to build local partnerships and execute grassroots marketing initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership skills: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Comfort with CRM, scheduling, reporting, point‑of‑sale, and social media tools.
  • Business acumen — the ability to read sales metrics, spot opportunities, and act.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong follow‑through, and comfort in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to support sales events and community engagement.
Preferred
  • Experience opening or building a team/location from the ground up.
  • Consultative sales skill — the ability to understand a client's goals and recommend the right longevity, wellness, recovery, and performance solutions.
  • Genuine, personal interest in health, fitness, biohacking, recovery, performance, and longevity (e.g., Ultimate Human) — alignment with the philosophy matters here.
  • High-ownership, bias‑for‑action operator: competitive, energetic, and motivated to exceed goals — with drive that visibly lifts the people around you.
  • Base salary + performance bonus + commission
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Complimentary and discounted longevity services
  • Real growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding, multi‑unit franchise brand
