Job summary

Prospect Capital Restaurants seeks a hands-on Restaurant General Manager for a Wing Stop location in Eatontown, NJ. You will lead the store team, manage daily operations, and drive sales and profitability while upholding standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of GM experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for developing people in a fast-paced environment. Expect a demanding but rewarding role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• FOH and BOH management experience.
• Hands-on working manager with some kitchen management experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of team leadership in the restaurant industry.
• 2+ years of responsibility for financial results.
• 2–3 years as Restaurant General Manager.
• Desire to learn, grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
• Ability to work 48–60 hours per week.
• Ability to set goals, create action plans, and implement them.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to hire, train, assign, schedule, mentor and develop team members.
• Leads by example with a hands-on management style and high standards.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance.
• Build sales, increase profitability, control labor/food costs.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, EBITA and P&L concepts.
• Understands KPIs and key financial metrics.
• Collaborates with District Manager to oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the store team; manage daily store operations.
• Oversee both FOH and BOH operations with hands-on leadership.
• Set goals, develop action plans, and drive execution to hit targets.
• Analyze P&L and KPI metrics; control labor and food costs.
• Build sales and profitability; ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Partner with District Manager to manage store performance and compliance.
• Foster a positive culture and develop top talent within the team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain store sanitation, safety standards, and policy adherence.
