Job summary

Prospect Capital Restaurants is seeking a hands‑on Restaurant General Manager for the Wing Stop in Eatontown, NJ. You will lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, drive sales, and uphold Wing Stop standards in a fast‑paced setting.

Open availability, strong leadership, and the ability to work 48–60 hours weekly are required. You’ll partner with the district manager to ensure excellent guest experience and solid daily operations.

Qualifications

• Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts) - Required
• FOH and BOH management experience
• Hands on working Manager with some previous kitchen management experience preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of previous team leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• 2+ years responsibility for financial results
• 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• True desire to learn, grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability/flexibility to work 48-60 hours per week
• Ability to set goals, create action plans, and implement those plans
• Valid Driver’s license/Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Monitor profitability and manage labor/food costs.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with District Manager on store performance.
